Here are two typical routes that we ride regularly starting and returning to the Vollmer Centre in LaSalle. They are about 52 km each. On the left is our Amhersburg ride that runs predominantly south-north. Above is the Dairy Freez ride that runs predominantly east-west. Rides may vary as decided by our Ride Captains based on weather, wind and road conditions. These rides will typically take 2 hours. Faster riders will usually extend the distance once they hit the half way point.

Safety rules: You must have a handlebar mounted speedometer on all group rides.  Tri-bikes are not allowed on Group rides in arrow position. Lights required on all night rides, 200 luminous or more recommended. You must have a spare tube and pump (or CO2 system).  No use of cell phones or riding with no hands while in a group formation. Helmets are mandatory. Carry ID in case of emergency.
